What I Offer

I'm a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.) based in California with 15 years of therapeutic experience. I specialize in trauma, chronic pain, and working with military populations. I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, non-judgmental relationship, one where you don't have to edit yourself or earn your place in the room.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities to fit you specifically, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. I'm genuinely curious about what works for each person, and I'll adapt as we go. Central to my work is the connection between mind and body. I incorporate somatic awareness and body-based approaches to help clients access healing that talk alone sometimes can't reach.

Whatever brings you here, you don't have to have it figured out. We'll work through it together.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. This written estimate will be provided to all self-pay clients prior to starting care and will outline the anticipated cost of services based on your treatment plan.

Please note that the Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to receive services. Actual costs may differ from the estimate depending on the course of treatment.

If the total amount you are billed exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to initiate a dispute resolution process. Initiating this process will not affect the quality of care you receive. For information on how to initiate a dispute, visit cms.gov.

For questions about your estimate or costs, please don't hesitate to reach out.
