Reclaiming Life
Growth Beyond Chronic Illness and Pain
Your life is bigger than your pain
Living with chronic pain or illness changes everything: how you move through the world, how you see yourself, what you believe is still possible. It's exhausting in ways that are hard to explain to people who haven't been there.
But pain is not the end of the story.
What is Reclaiming Life?
Reclaiming Life is an 11-module self-paced workbook program designed for adults living with chronic pain or illness who are ready to move beyond managing symptoms and into building a life that feels meaningful again.
This program integrates current chronic pain education with the research-backed framework of Post-Traumatic Growth: the process by which people don't just survive difficult experiences, but are genuinely changed by them in ways that matter.
What you'll work through:
Understanding chronic pain differently and why that matters
How pain disrupts identity, relationships, and sense of control
Rebuilding safety and sense of control
Personal strength and self-trust
Relationships and connection
Meaning, spirituality, and new possibilities
Integration and growth
The program includes four built-in check-in points to help you track what's shifting as you move through the work.
How it works:
Downloadable PDF workbook that is yours to keep
11 modules, each approximately 30–45 minutes
Recommended pace: one module every one to two weeks
Most people complete the program in three to five months
Work through it entirely on your own schedule, in whatever way fits your life
This program is for you if:
You’re living with chronic pain, chronic illness, or persistent physical symptoms and feel ready to stop waiting for life to begin again.
Note: This program is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
